These terms are the agreement between FDMS and the company that registers to use it. By registering your company or using FDMS, you agree to these terms on behalf of your company.
01The service
FDMS gives your company online access to the modules included in your chosen package, along with the office dashboard and the sales rep and delivery apps. We may improve, change, or add features over time.
02Your account
- The person who registers must be authorised to accept these terms for the company.
- The information you give us must be correct and kept up to date.
- You are responsible for your users and for keeping passwords and sign-in codes private.
- Tell us straight away if you think your account has been used without permission.
03Packages and payment
- Your account is activated once we confirm payment for your package.
- Packages are billed in advance for the period you choose, monthly or yearly where offered.
- If a payment is not made by the due date, access may be limited until it is paid.
- You can change your package from the Billing page. Prices can change; we will tell you before a new price applies to your next renewal.
- Payments already made are not refundable unless the law requires it.
04Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use FDMS for anything illegal, or to send spam or misleading messages.
- Try to access other companies' data or break the system's security.
- Copy, resell, or reverse-engineer the service.
- Upload harmful files or overload the service on purpose.
We may suspend an account that breaks these rules.
05Your data
Your company owns the business data it enters. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the service. You are responsible for having the right to enter it, including any staff location data and customer contact details. How we handle personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
06Availability and support
We work to keep FDMS available at all times, but it may sometimes be unavailable for maintenance or for reasons outside our control. Support is available through the support tickets in your account and our contact details.
07Limitation of liability
FDMS is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit or lost business. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount your company paid us in the three months before the claim.
08Ending the agreement
You can stop using FDMS at any time; export your data before you leave. We may end or suspend the service if these terms are seriously broken or payment is not made. After an account is closed, data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.
09Changes and governing law
We may update these terms. If the changes are important, we will tell company administrators before they apply. Continuing to use FDMS after that means you accept the new terms. These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.
