Getting started
- Open Plugins → Shop Audits and click Checklist. Write the questions reps should answer at every shop, one per line — for example Our display stand is in place. A starter list is filled in for you.
- Reps open Shop Audit in the field sales app menu, pick the shop, answer each question with Yes or No, take up to 3 photos and add notes about competitors.
Scores
Each audit gets a score: the share of questions answered Yes. 80% and above is shown in green, 50–79% in amber and below 50% in red.
Reviewing audits
The Shop Audits page shows:
- Audits this month, the average score, shops audited and shops scoring below 50%.
- A list you can filter by date, rep, route and shop.
- Open an audit to see every answer, the photos and the notes.
Photos
Reps can take a photo straight from the phone camera. Each photo can be up to 5 MB.
Who can use it
Reps with the field sales app record audits. People who manage customers or view reports can see all audits and change the checklist.
