Getting started
Open Plugins → Heatmap in the menu. The map loads your sales for the last 30 days.
Choosing what to show
Pick one of the layers at the top:
- Sales — order value at each shop. Cancelled orders are left out.
- Customers — where your active shops are.
- Outstanding — money still owed, by shop (today's balances).
- Visits — where reps marked shop visits.
- GPS tracks — where reps spent time, from phone GPS logs.
Filters
- From / To and the quick buttons set the date range.
- Route and Sales rep narrow the map down.
- Filters that don't apply to the chosen layer are greyed out.
Reading the map
Red means the most activity, blue the least. The Top hotspots list on the right ranks the busiest shops, routes or reps — click one to zoom the map there.
Shops missing from the map
Shops only appear if they have a map location. The Shops without location card shows how many are missing. Add locations under Manage Route → Customers.
Who can use it
Anyone with access to the dashboard, reports or customers. Only users who can change system settings can install or remove plugins.
